If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Please note: Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Requirements
Returned merchandise must meet all the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be new, unused, and in saleable condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must include all original components and accessories
- Items must be free from smell of smoke, perfume, other odors, or any signs of wear or use
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with your shipping options and guidelines
