In-Stock Orders

NOTE: Due to high volume please allow 7-14 business days to dispatch your IN-STOCK order.

All orders placed with Chasing Fireflies are shipped from our warehouse located at:

Most of our in-stock orders ship via DHL Ground, with some shipments sent via UPS Ground.

• Processing time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
• Cut-off time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday are eligible to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
• Delays: Orders may experience longer processing times during peak seasons or sales events. Shipping timeframes also depend on stock availability and payment verification.

⚠️ Please note: We do not currently offer expedited shipping services.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will not ship until all items are available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and ready-to-ship items.

Warehouse Holiday Closures

Our warehouse is closed on the following holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day:
